In the evening, enjoy an authentic Weber®-powered barbecue, transforming the space from a daytime dog run into a nighttime BBQ destination. Whether you’re visiting with your dog or on your own, we offer a unique urban outdoor experience that can be enjoyed from day to night.

🐶 Conditions of Use 

  • This facility is available for small and medium-sized dogs only
  • Dogs must have valid rabies and combination vaccinations
  • Dogs in heat are not permitted
  • Animals other than dogs are not allowed

🕒 Hours of Use

  • 11:00 am - 5:00 pm (Daily)
  • Please share the space courteously (usage may be restricted by staff during busy periods)
    ※ From 5:00 pm, dog-friendly BBQ reservations are available for one group per day only

🏨 Moving Through the Hotel

  • Use of the facility is limited to the R Floor (rooftop) dog run area
  • When moving through the lobby or elevators, dogs must be placed in a carrier that fully encloses their body (faces and bodies must not be exposed)

🐕 Rules During Use 

  • Dogs may be off-leash inside the area, but owners must supervise them at all times
  • Please allow your dog to adjust to the surroundings before removing the leash
  • Use will be refused if a dog shows dangerous behavior toward other dogs or guests (e.g., aggression, excessive barking, chasing)
  • Guests of junior high school age or younger must be accompanied by a guardian

🚫 Prohibited Items & Actions

The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Bringing dog toys or exercise equipment
  • Feeding other dogs
  • Sales or solicitation activities
  • Smoking
  • Brushing dogs
  • Leaving waste unattended
  • Any behavior that disturbs other guests or dogs

🧼 Etiquette & Hygiene 

  • Please dispose of waste responsibly and take it home with you (no dedicated trash bins are available on-site)
  • If any damage or soiling occurs, notify staff immediately
  • While we strive to maintain a clean and comfortable environment, small food particles or foreign objects may remain on the grass due to the outdoor nature of the facility and food service. Please supervise your dog carefully to prevent accidental ingestion

Please note that the facility cannot be held responsible for any health issues or accidents resulting from these conditions.

🌧️ Weather Conditions 

  • The facility will be closed in case of rain, strong winds, or other severe weather for safety reasons
  • Closure may also occur during extreme heat or abnormal weather conditions

💧 Facilities

  • Restrooms for owners are located on the 16th floor
  • There is no dedicated water station for dogs
